We are currently seeking an individual with 2-6 years of full-time experience working in an architectural office to join our team as an Architectural Designer, assisting in projects from conceptual design through construction document phases.

We value authenticity, creativity, and personality, and encourage your growth as both an architect and an individual outside the workplace. It's essential to us to foster and mentor you throughout your journey in the practice of architecture.

We are looking for the following:

• Holds a B.Arch. or M.Arch., followed by 2-6 years of experience in an architectural office.

• Demonstrates a thoughtful design process with an ability to work towards design-forward and detailed solutions.

• Experience crafting high-level, organized drawing sets for DD & CD phases, including the resolution of sophisticated custom detailing, and the coordination of consultants & building systems. (commensurate with experience level)

• Has strong skills in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Interest in leading and helping younger team members develop in the architectural profession.

• Can develop detailed, complex, and organized 3D models. Experience with Enscape rendering is a plus.

• Is skilled in producing renderings for both internal use and client presentations.

• Has experience organizing thoughtful presentations for concept/schematic design packages.

• Project Management experience is a plus.
