We are seeking an Architectural Designer with 0–4 years of professional experience to join our growing studio in Gainesville, Florida. This position will support a diverse range of projects from conceptual design through construction documentation, with opportunities to take on increasing responsibility as you grow within the firm.

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a professional B.Arch. or M.Arch. degree and has 0–4 years of experience in an architectural office.
• Demonstrates a thoughtful design process and an ability to develop design-forward, well-detailed solutions.
• Has strong Revit skills and is comfortable developing detailed, complex, and well-organized 3D models and construction documents.
• Has experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understands architectural drawing organization and has an interest in developing strong technical and construction-documentation skills.
• Is skilled in producing architectural renderings for internal design exploration and client presentations. Experience with Enscape is a plus.
• Can create thoughtful, well-organized concept and schematic design presentations.
• Is collaborative, self-motivated, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of their work.
• Is interested in growing into greater project responsibility and leadership within the studio.
• Has project management or construction-phase experience, which is a plus but not required.
