Architect of Record: Content Modern
Betsy worked at Content Modern before licensure in an architectural designer role. As a member of the close knit team of architects, designers, and contractors, she learned the in’s and out’s of modern and traditional residential design. This includes how to communicate with clients effectively, build cohesive and clear construction documents from 3D models, understand how materials and structures get built through sections and construction details. It was an amazing learning experience to be a part of Content Modern, and Betsy is able to bring traditional and modern residential architecture and design to new clients in Gainesville and the surrounding areas with Y Studio.
Modern Home - Design Build
Architect of Record: Content Modern
This modern home was designed to be a design-build project. This 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath home features two separate garages, a lounge, office, and study. The spatial layout creates several outdoor spaces for clients to enjoy, utilizing natural light and roof gardens to bring the outdoors inside.

Architect of Record: Content Modern
Designed in a Craftsman style, this residence serves as a model home option for TerraWise Homes in Jacksonville. This 2,000 square foot home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and features an open floor plan. This home utilizes sustainable and energy-efficient materials and building systems, and the finishes are well thought out and cost-efficient.
