This modern home was designed to be a design build project. This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home features two separate garages, a lounge, office, and study. The spatial layout creates several outdoor spaces for the clients to enjoy and utilizes natural light and roof gardens to bring the outdoors inside.

Architect of Record: Content Modern

Betsy worked at Content Modern before licensure in an architectural designer role. As a member of the close knit team of architects, designers, and contractors, she learned the in’s and out’s of modern and traditional residential design. This includes how to communicate with clients effectively, build cohesive and clear construction documents from 3D models, understand how materials and structures get built through sections and construction details. It was an amazing learning experience to be a part of Content Modern, and Betsy is able to bring traditional and modern residential architecture and design to new clients in Gainesville and the surrounding areas with Y Studio.
